Special Conference Rate: $125 + tax per room night. Double Occupancy. Cut Off Date: March 28th, 2012. Rate is also available 3 Days Prior To and After the Conference. Cancellation 72 hours or less will be subject to a one night plus taxes charge or forfeit deposit. Confirm Hotel’s policy at time of registration.
A credit card is required to confirm a reservation. A deposit valued at one night stay plus taxes will be charged to your credit card.
District 6980 Conference Registration: Online Registration will begin in early February.

Please register for all ticketed events online. Clubs will be invoiced based on your registration and collect the event costs from you. The Registration Cut-Off date will be April 11, 2012. Any registrations after this date or walk-ins at the event will have a premium rate that will apply based on availability of space.
